01 The Application Process.

Please fill in all of the details required so your application can be assessed in a timely manner.
02 Initial Rent/Bond Payment.
If your application is successful you will be required to pay for:
Bond – 4 weeks rent
Rent – 1 week in advance
All bond payments are legally required to be lodged with Tenancy Services for the term of the lease, as such you will complete a Bond Lodgement Form when you complete and sign the lease agreement for the property. Once this is received by it will be lodged with Tenancy Services and they will notify you of this at the contact details you provide them with.
Inspections will be carried out by Jack Callender twice annually. This is so that we can ensure that the home has been kept to a tidy standard. At this time you can also point out any maintenance items that require our attention.
Legally we must give you at least 48 hours notice prior to undertaking an inspection.
04 Repairs & Maintenance.
You can wait for your home inspection if the item is not of an urgent nature. However, if the item requires urgent attention, such as a tap leak or faulty electrical items please email Jack Callender here.
If the repair is due to tenant neglect then we will pass on any associated costs to the tenant.
